Homemade Healthy Snickers Bars are a delicious twist on a classic favorite. These bars, which have a crunchy peanut crunch, a soft nougat center, and a creamy caramel layer, now include guarana, a natural energy boost. This no-bake dessert will satisfy all your cravings, and you’ll want more!
INGREDIENTS:
The Nougat Layer is:
- Almond flour 1 1/2 cups
- Three tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Organic guarana powder 1/3 tsp
- A pinch of salt
The Caramel Layer:
- 12 medjool dates, pitted
- Peanut Butter, 1/3 cup
The Topping:

- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- Dark chocolate chips melted 1 cup.
INSTRUCTIONS:

- Combine the ingredients in a large mixing bowl to make the nougat layer.
- Line a baking dish square with parchment paper. Pour a uniform layer of the nougat mix into the bottom dish. Set it in the fridge to set.
- In a food processor, combine the ingredients for the layer of caramel.
- Remove the baking dish from the fridge and spread the caramel mixture over the nougat.
- Sprinkle the roasted nuts on top and gently press them into the caramel.
- Spread the dark chocolate evenly over the peanut layer with a spatula.
- The bars will firm up if you place the dish in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Once the bars are firm, remove them from the fridge and cut them into desired shapes. Enjoy!
- Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
